Frequently asked questions
When will my package ship from Central Florida?
Once an order is placed and payment has been received, we will process the order within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday through Friday.
When will my domestic package arrive via USPS?
Typically, 4 to 8 business days, but occasionally longer. Due to COVID-19 there have been shipping delays so please keep this in mind as USPS is working as hard as they can.
Where is my package?
Etsy sends a message to the email address on file with tracking information once your package ships. Please reference the tracking number in the email to track packages.
Package is marked "delivered," but it’s not in my hands, now what?!
Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” prematurely by USPS so waiting 2 business days may do the trick! We then encourage customers to take the following steps:
1. Confirm the shipping address entered during checkout for accuracy
2. Check your mailbox, front doorstep, & apartment office
3. Check with those who have access to the mailbox to see if they have it
4. Chat with neighbors to see if they accidentally received it
5. Contact your LOCAL post office (not the hotline!)
On the rare occasion a package can still not be tracked down, please contact USPS & file a claim. If tracking information shows the package was successfully delivered, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. This is a matter for USPS to solve & reimburse.
