We are available Monday through Friday and spend our weekends with family and friends. We have been known to take holidays off as well.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
While we try our best to create beautiful photos of the many natural products we offer, these are merely a representation of what you may receive. Due to the nature of items in the shop, the stated size, weight, characteristics, and color will most likely vary from what is shown. Each natural crystal is unique and may display fractures or chips. Returns will not be accepted due to item characteristics differing from the photos as each item we offer is one of a kind.

In the case of a return, all shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes what we paid to ship the package out as well as the cost to ship the package back to us. If the order originally shipped with reduced or free shipping, the buyer will now be responsible for the actual shipping and handling costs we paid to ship the package. We also charge a 10% restocking fee based on the original price of the item(s) being returned. Items must be shipped back to us in the original condition we shipped them out. It is up to us to approve or deny the condition of the return upon arrival.

*****Face masks and face mask covers are not returnable or refundable. All Face Mask sales are final.*****
Shipping
Due to COVID-19, we have been noticing a delay in shipping time frames via USPS. We ask that this is kept in mind when purchasing and leaving reviews. Once SewFlo hands off a package to USPS, it is up to them how quickly the package arrives.

Once an order is placed and payment has been received, we will process the order within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday through Friday. Once we ship a package, Etsy sends a message to the email address on file with tracking information. Please reference the tracking number in the email to track packages. Domestic packages arrive via USPS within 4 to 8 business days, but may take longer. Due to COVID-19 there have been shipping delays so please keep this in mind as USPS is working as hard as they can.

SewFlo kindly requests shipping information entered during checkout is checked for accuracy as we send packages to the address entered here. Addresses entered incorrectly during checkout are the responsibility of the buyer.

If we receive a package back to us, all shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the order originally shipped at a promotional price (E.g. Free Shipping), the buyer will be responsible for actual shipping and handling costs at this time. We also charge a 10% restocking fee based on the original price of the item(s). If we’re asked to resend the package to a different address, these additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Customers:

International packages take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks to arrive via USPS First Class Mail. Time frames may be longer due to the country and customs processing time. Before purchasing from SewFlo, please review your country's postal restrictions. Postal restrictions, customs charges, and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. SewFlo marks international packages as merchandise. The Customs Form will state the price paid for each of the items in your order.

All products and statements by SewFlo have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products sold by SewFlo are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Frequently asked questions
When will my package ship from Central Florida?

Once an order is placed and payment has been received, we will process the order within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday through Friday.

When will my domestic package arrive via USPS?

Typically, 4 to 8 business days, but occasionally longer. Due to COVID-19 there have been shipping delays so please keep this in mind as USPS is working as hard as they can.

Where is my package?

Etsy sends a message to the email address on file with tracking information once your package ships. Please reference the tracking number in the email to track packages.

Package is marked "delivered," but it’s not in my hands, now what?!

Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” prematurely by USPS so waiting 2 business days may do the trick! We then encourage customers to take the following steps:

1. Confirm the shipping address entered during checkout for accuracy
2. Check your mailbox, front doorstep, & apartment office
3. Check with those who have access to the mailbox to see if they have it
4. Chat with neighbors to see if they accidentally received it
5. Contact your LOCAL post office (not the hotline!)

On the rare occasion a package can still not be tracked down, please contact USPS & file a claim. If tracking information shows the package was successfully delivered, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. This is a matter for USPS to solve & reimburse.
