If you are inspired by the design and style of my goods, but don't see that perfect bag you've been hoping for, you can simply let me know and I'll make your perfect handbag for you. I've been doing commissions locally for about two years (even for the local vicar!), so be assured your creation is in capable, experienced hands.
Accepted payment methods
Please make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. If it's a gift and you need it shipped to the recipient directly, let me know and I'll act accordingly.
Obviously I can't be responsible if something happens in the post, but I can and do package all orders in such a way that they will have a good chance of arriving in perfect condition, even after some robust handling by the post!
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If your item is to be delivered within the UK, please allow 15 business days for it to arrive. Royal Mail has been struggling to keep up with the weather, so deliveries may take longer than usual. If you still haven't received your item within 15 business days, please contact me and I will work out a refund or replacement.
Outside of UK: Please allow 30 days for delivery. If item is delivered to the USA, please note that Homeland Security has changed their policy regarding packages sent internationally, and all packages are therefore taking longer than usual to arrive. Even packages sent via Airmail are sometimes forced to travel by cargo ship, and delivery has been taking longer than usual due to this and the unpredictable weather. I am very sorry that this is the case, but there isn't anything I can do about it. There simply is no way to speed up the process as it has nothing to do with the actual postal services involved. If you haven't received your package within 30 days from shipping date, please contact me to arrange a refund or replacement.
