I only accept Pay Pal at this time.
Shipping
Items in the shop are already made, you don't have to wait for me to make them first! All items will be shipped within 3 business days in which the order was placed, but alot of times it is shipped sooner than that :) I will send you an email once your item has been shipped.

All items will be shipped via Canada Post.

CANADIAN BUYERS:
Your item should arrive within 10 business days. (Please note this is an estimate given by Canada Postal Service.)

AMERICAN BUYERS:
Because my items ship from Canada and may have to clear customs, this can add to its time in transit. I ship everything by surface or ground, and orders to the US generally arrive within 15 - 20 days. (Please note that is an estimate given by Canada Postal Service.)

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Because my items ship from Canada and may have to clear international customs, this can add to its time in transit. International orders can take up to 5 weeks to arrive at their destination depending on how fast the post is running. (Please note this is an estimate given by Canada Postal Service.)

TO REQUEST TRACKING:
Please convo me or indicate that you would like a quote for a shipping method with tracking in your "Message to Seller" when you purchase your item & I'll contact you with a quote!
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, once an item leaves my hands I can only tell you where it is if you upgraded to a method with tracking. If you would like to ship with tracking next time, let me know in the "message to seller" at the time of purchase and I'll contact you with a quote :)



I will be unable to offer any refunds or exchanges, within reason of course. Please convo me for any questions or concers, or issues you may encounter, all refunds/exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
