Sew Lucky Girl features a selection of artist made to order items for your home, and for you! From hand-printed decor novelty throw pillows, felted applique evening purses and retro ball-fringe pillows, pincushions, eco-tote bags, and the occasional doggie toy, to delights for your bath, kitchen, bedroom, yard, and yourself! We will be selling Wax & Wane Organic brand handmade candles, bath soaks, kitchen goodies, yard and garden art, heirloom seeds, and vintage delights! We will also be selling handmade jewelry, accessories, aprons, clothing, and more.

Sew Lucky features Lucky Boy and Girl Pillows, 'Stache Moustache Pocket Pillows, Button-Eye Skull Pillows, FLY and Peacock silkscreened pillows, and Double Sided Mood Pillows; All incorporating vintage fabrics, and sewn and stictched by Lisa King in her Atlanta, Georgia studio, using her trusty Elnita sewing machine and her little hands.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
**I accept Pay Pal only, and your item will be shipped close to within 14 business days of payment received. Orders *occasionally* get backed up, so please be patient and allow your hand made item to be lovingly created! If orders are backed up due to a holiday or a rush, you will be notified by messaging.

**I ship using Priority Mail, so you will receive your handmade item as quickly as possible when it is completed. I will contact you with an estimated ship date upon purchase.) I ship Internationally using USPS 1st Class International Package.

**See "Gift Orders" below, for time sensitive gift shipping.

Please note: Bulk orders may take up to 2-12 weeks or more to fill, depending on quantity. I will contact you via email with an estimated delivery date for filling bulk orders at the time of your bulk purchase.
Shipping
**Orders are shipped in USPS Priority Mail Boxes(3-9 business days), and larger orders will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post (up to two weeks.) I will ship items within the USA insured, for an extra $5.00 fee. (This is optional.)

**You will receive an estimated ship day a few days after your purchase. Please note ship day can vary depending on how many orders are going out that week. I try to save time and energy by taking as many items to the post at once as possible. Your ship day may vary by 1-3 days later or sooner if order volume is high.

**All shipping problems must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item, to be addressed by the seller.

**These items are all lovingly handmade. Please be patient; small orders will be shipped within 14 business days, additional items will add a week or so. Occasionally my orders get backed up, because they are completely handmade, especially during holidays. If orders are running behind, I will notify you via Messaging.

**Holidays: Please be aware orders can be slower around Holiday periods, such as Easter, Presidents Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Postal Holidays,4th of July, Thanksgiving and so forth. Much of my business occurs around the Christmas season, and order deadlines will be posted on my front page at that time.

**Bulk Orders: I will contact you on an estimated delivery date for filling large or bulk orders, which can be up to 12 weeks.

**Gift Orders: Gift orders will be shipped wrapped and ready to give, and include a free blank card. (I will inscribe cards for the buyer, and ship the item wrapped to a gift destination as well.) Please contact me at the time of purchase with the gift due date, so that it will arrive at the expected time needed. Please denote if the receiver is male or female. I love working with buyers and gifting!

CANCELLATIONS: All items are made to order. If you change your mind, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, materials and labor expenses require that your order is completed. However, I do allow Returns if your item is damaged or you are not delighted with your purchase. See "Returns" policy below.

P.O. BOXES or SHIPPING TO POST BOXES INTERNATIONALLY: Although VERY rare, If items are shipped to a P.O. Box and the package is never picked up and returned to me, a $25 charge will be retained from your original purchase, to cover my materials and labor. Any funds beyond $25 that was paid by the buyer will be returned if the package shows up Return to Sender at my studio. All items are shipped with tracking, which is mailed to the buyer at the time of shipping. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE TRACKED BY ME, THE SELLER. It's the BUYER"S responsibility to contact me if their package never shows up, to discuss further actions. There are NO REFUNDS on International packages that are AWOL for more than 30 days. At this point, it's the buyers responsibility to file a Missing Package Report with their local mail or file a lost/damaged package report. If an International package was returned to me and the fault was my own, (typo in address, etc.) then either a refund will be issued to the buyer, or I will re-ship the item at a corrected address at no cost to the buyer.

**International shipping: I use USPS 1st Class International Package, which has a 7-15 day delivery ship time.

A NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If you are an international buyer, please be aware that 15 business days is 3 weeks. The US Postal Service generally delivers within a week, but be aware of possible extended ship times. I can't be responsible for Postal Delivery delays, only responsible for getting your item in the mail in a timely manner. You will receive a conformation from me when the item is posted.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please note that US Postal Rates to Canada have recently increased. I am looking into the cost of UPS or Fed Ex for Canadian shipping. As of now, the rates have raised in my shop, because they were raised at the US Post Office.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: If you need your package delivered in 3-5 business days, I will provide USPS Express International shipping. However, your shipping fees will be increased. Please be prepared to pay between $20-$30 US dollars for Express service.

EXPRESS SHIPPING DOMESTIC: Will cost extra fees, of around $18-20 for most locations. I can't guarantee items will be in stock for OVERNIGHT delivery, as all items are handmade to order.
Refunds and Exchanges
POSTAL RETURNS TO SENDER: Although VERY rare, The buyer is responsible for making sure that their Etsy address and PayPal address are current and correct. If a package is returned to me because it could not be delivered (the buyer moved, for instance, or an abandoned address was on file), then a $25 charge will be retained from your original purchase, to cover my materials and labor. Any funds beyond $25 that was paid by the buyer will be returned via Pay Pal, if the package shows up Return to Sender at my studio. All items are shipped with tracking, which is mailed to the buyer at the time of shipping. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to track and make sure the package has been received/collected. It is also the BUYER'S responsibility to contact me if their package never shows up, and to discuss further actions. There are NO REFUNDS on packages that are AWOL for more than 30 days. If an item is not as I described it, you can return the item, minus shipping fees, within 3 days. Custom orders are not returnable. If the item has been altered, damaged, or not in the condition that I sent it to you, then your return will not be accepted. Your return will not be processed until the item is received and inspected. Use the same discretion that you would if you were returning an item in a retail store. I take every precaution to photograph and describe the items as accurately as possible. I highly encourage you to ask questions about my items before buying to make sure that you will be satisfied upon receipt of the item, and there will be no surprises.

Additional policies and FAQs
All customers will receive a shipping deadline date upon ordering. You will know if your item will arrive my Yule/Christmas immediately, or if it will ship after the holidays. If you have ANY questions regarding shipping deadlines for the Holidays, feel free to message me. All items will arrive packaged and gift-wrapped for giving. Some items like wands and runes have a longer creation time, and may not be available for the holiday. Just ask!
