Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Please refer to your receipt for an estimated shipping date. All items are ready to ship before you purchase, but it still takes time to process the order and keep up with inventory!
What type // weight of paper do you use?
While we don't share the exact details about our paper (it's part of our secret recipe!), I personally use Pilot G2s, Sharpie pens, Le Pen pens, Staedtlers, and others without an issue with bleeding. Some shadowing may occur, depending on how heavy you write.
Do you accept custom orders?
No, unfortunately we've put custom work on hold for the time being.
When will _______ be back in stock?
Items are typically restocked within a week of selling out. If you don't see what you're looking for, send me a message and we'll check on it!
I want to make stickers for your inserts... What are the dimensions of the boxes, spaces, etc?
Because we have so many different options and layouts, AND because we’ve found that every machine and program is slightly different, we’ve opted to not post sizes online.
Can I get fewer weeks or months than what is listed?
Because we're a ready to ship shop, we only offer what's listed in our shop at this time. Our academic year release is in the spring, and our calendar year release is in the fall!
I ordered the wrong thing. Can I return it or exchange it for something else?
Unfortunately we're not able to accept returns/exchanges at this time.
