GORGEOUS BAG! My mom absolutely loves it. sewNikki and I had some communication problems with shipping but she did everything in her power to make the situation right and showed the utmost sincerity and concern. I truly believe that our 'problems' were NOT typical of sewNikki and therefore I have no trepidation in giving her anything but an A++ as an Etsy seller. And besides, did I mention the bag was gorgeous!!?? Thank you, sewNikki! I hope all is well.

I generally do not like to be picky about things, but lately I have experienced a lot of non-paying buyers. Many are first time Etsy users and I can understand that the checkout process can be confusing to some. I politely ask that if you take the time to read this that and you purchase an item that you pay for it promptly.

I can also understand life's little surprises and disappointments and I am more than willing to work with a buyer who is willing to communicate with me.

If no prior arrangements are made and a payment is not received within 3 days an email reminder will be sent. If there is no response after 4 more days, 7 days after agreeing to purchase the item, I will make a request to Etsy to cancel the sale. I feel this must be done so that I am not charged for a 'false' sale.
All items ship First Class Mail unless otherwise specified or requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
I pride myself on quality craft'woman'ship and inspect all items prior to shipment. If you receive your item and something is wrong, I sincerely apologize.

Please contact me within 5 days and provide a picture showing the damange and I will gladly repair or replace the item.

In the event that your item is a one of a kind creation or the fabric used is no longer available to me, I will offer you the option of a similar item or a full refund less shipping charges.
