Gift wrapping and packaging
Just ask and we will happily include a free gift card with your personalized message. Every order, gift or not, is carefully wrapped with tissue paper and raffia.
Custom Orders
We are pleased to consider custom orders of items in different colors or fabrics. We charge a standard 20% custom up charge on all custom orders. Custom orders are final sale - no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
Studios Free of Smoke, Pet, Synthetic Scent and Peanut / Tree Nuts
We also pre-wash all our fabrics with biodegradable soap too. Our studios are free of synthetic scents, animals, peanuts and tree nuts.
Rush Service
Rush orders that are requested in a shorter timeframe than our usual turnaround time will incur a 25% rush charge. We try to be as fair as possible in creating the items in the order they are purchased.
Sizing details
On apparel, please determine sizes carefully before ordering. Please convo us with any questions so we work to make sure the clothes will be sized correctly. It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with their orders.
Combined shipping
Please let us know what you'd like + your mailing address so we can give you combined shipping rates to save you money.
Returns + Exchanges
We want to send our pieces to happy homes so if you wish to return something please contact us within 3 (three) days of receipt of item(s) so we can work something out. We handle these requests on a case by case basis. We only offer refunds or exchanges on items in NEW condition which have been unused, unworn and are in original packaging.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personal bedding items including nap mats and organic sleeping bags. We ask clients to only return items to us via USPS (not UPS or Fedex).
