How do I get my pattern?
Go to "purchases and reviews" section in Etsy and find the order. There is a button next to the order that says "download files". Click and download it to your computer to print. If you are using the app, you'll probably need to go and use a desktop computer because most can't download from the app. Here's a video to help you know how to print and put the pattern together youtu.be/D3gxHJX_-eU
I downloaded my pattern but now I can't find it
Try using the search tool on your computer or device and search for the name of the pattern you purchased.
Do you sell finished sewing products?
No. All of the products in our shop are PDF sewing patterns. We do not take custom sewing orders for finished sewn products.
