Sizing details

Several listings have size charts in the photos section. If you need sizing info on an item and you don't see it, please message us before ordering and we can help by sending size charts, fit information, etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The time it takes to process your order (the time between your order date and the date that we ship your order) is approximately 2-3 full weeks plus shipping time (please read the details in the listing to know if you item is on a 2 or 3 week schedule). We do not guarantee delivery dates in most cases, but we do promise to honor the estimated shipping date listed on your order. In most cases, that is the date your order will ship.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, there is a rush service available for a fee. This fee guarantees a shipping date. If you need your order rushed, it is very important to contact us before you place your order to be sure that we can accommodate your needs. If you do not purchase the rush service, your order will process according to our currently published processing time and will ship by the estimated shipping date in your order.

Custom and personalized orders

Unfortunately, we can not accept exchanges or returns on personalized, worn or used items, unless we have made a mistake. We use professional 6 needle embroidery machines, high quality thread and industry standard stabilizing materials to personalize your items. This means that it is not meant to be removed and is in most cases impossible without damaging the product. Once we personalize your item, we can not use it again and therefore all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges due to regrets on color, style or size choices. Please ask questions before you place your order if you are unsure how something will fit.

What information do you need from me to personalize my order?

The details needed are different for each product. We usually need some or all of the following:

1) Monogram initials in first name, middle name, last name order.
2) Name to be embroidered.
3) Size of the product you are ordering (example: the size of the shirt, jacket or shoes that you are ordering).
4) The color thread you would like used for your personalization.
5) The monogram or embroidery font that you would like.
6) The color of the product you are ordering (example: what color shirt, jacket or shoes that you are ordering)

Exact information needed for each item is in the listings under the Item Details section. This information should be included in the Notes To Seller during checkout.

Can I make changes to the information given during the ordering process?

Please very carefully turn in your information. If you happen to make a mistake, let us know within 48 hours of ordering or as soon as possible. After 3 days of ordering, we can not guarantee that changes can be made to personalization, sizing, colors, etc. Once an item is personalized, it can not be returned or exchanged.

Where can I find the fonts that you offer?

The fonts that we offer are always pictured in the listings. You can swipe the main photo on your phone to the right or left to see the other photos on your phone or click the right/left arrow on your computer.
