I have had my business for about a year and a half and just recently started posting on Etsy.
So far, so good! Thanks to all my new customers! :)
I love monograms and appliques on almost anything! So, I just had to buy a professional machine to add little touches to all our children's clothes, blankets, towels, etc. Now that I have this wonderful machine, I have to share all these adorable designs with everyone else!

Returns and exchanges
I review each order carefully. I also keep all records of convos. I do my best to deliver the highest quality products that are custom made just for you. If some miscomminucation should occur, I cannot be held responsible for buyer typos or incorrect information given. If the error is on the part of the buyer, No refunds can be given. If somehow I make the error, I will do my best to resolve the issue.
I cannot start work on anything until payment is received.
Once payment is received, I will make your custom order as soon as humanly possible. (I do have 3 children under age 4)!
To keep shipping costs down, I ship using First Class USPS to anywhere in the world. If you do not see your country listed on an item you would like to purchase, just convo me with the item you would like and the country you live in. I will then add the shipping to that country. Thanks!
If you prefer priority mail or delivery confirmation please convo me before you purchase so I can update the shipping costs.
If there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified immediately.
If any package is returned, you will be notified immediately.
I can not be held responsible for delayed, lost or stolen shipments. I can not be held responsible for losses incurred during shipping delays.
Please allow 10 days for delivery.

My policy for feedback is one of buyer initiated reciprocity. Feedback cannot be given until any transaction is complete.
Please, do not leave negative or even neutral feedback until we've had a chance to work things out. Of the negative feedback I've read on etsy, it seems most is done out of spite or when someone is typing without a clear head. Just because we are not doing business face-to-face, does NOT mean we cannot remain civil and maintain professional etiquette.
