Hi, my name is Julie and I am the owner and designer of Sew U Designs. I take great time and care in creating your garments. Customer satisfaction is my goal !!!!

On a single garment order it usually takes me 3 - 5 business days after receiving all order details to create and ship out your order. Orders with more than one garment take longer to create and ship.

Sew U Designs specializes in Bridal Party sets . All set orders are created from the same roll of high quality faux fur ensuring exact matching.

Payment
I accept PayPal or credit card payments through PayPal or Etsy. If you do not have a PayPal account or credit card please contact me regarding the other methods of payment I will accept.

I do not start creating an order until payment has been received and fully processed.
Shipping
USA shipments:
I use UPS ground service or USPS Priority Mail for all US shipments.
It usually takes UPS or USPS up to 5 days to deliver your parcel. I ship out garments Monday-Friday only excluding holidays and weekends. I send an email stating which company will be delivering your package

If your package is lost or stolen, I do not issue a refund for the order.
My policy is:
UPS: Guarantees loss and/or stolen packages. I will file a claim or assist you in filing a claim. If I receive compensation for the claim only then will I issue a refund on the item total cost.
US Postal Service (USPS): If their system shows that your package was delivered to the shipping address you provided, the US Postal Service policies does not accept claims for stolen packages. Therefore, a refund on your order will not be given. If the tracking on the package shows lost, I will file a claim or assist you in filing a claim. If I receive compensation for the claim I will issue a refund on the item total cost.

I ship out garments Monday-Friday only excluding USA recognized holidays and weekends.

INTERNATIONAL shipments:
International shipments are sent thru the United States Postal Service (USPS). If the listing you are purchasing doesn't state the shipping method then Priority Mail International delivery is being used.
PRIORITY Mail International:
It usually takes the USPS 6 - 10 days for delivery of your package. With this shipping method USPS provides tracking and shipping insurance.
If their system shows that your package was delivered to the shipping address you provided, the US Postal Service policies does not accept claims for stolen packages. Therefore, a refund on your order will not be given. If the tracking on the package shows lost, I will file a claim or assist you in filing a claim. If I receive compensation for the claim I will issue a refund.
FIRST-CLASS Mail International:
It usually takes USPS 12 - 16 days to deliver your package. Delivery time varies by country. With this method there isn't any tracking or shipping insurance.
If for any reason you do not receive the package (theft, loss, etc.) Sew U Designs is not responsible. I DO NOT replace or refund for items that are shipped this method. The reason for this is due to US Postal Service policies, which does not accept claims for this delivery method.

Both shipping time frames do not include any extra time your country's Customs may hold your parcel. It is the responsibility of international buyers to pay ALL import duty, tax and fees which may be collected by your country when your parcel arrives. Also, you the buyer are responsible for the additional collection fee which is charged if you are not at home to receive the parcel.

If the shipping address you provided on Etsy is incorrect and causes the package to be undeliverable or sent to wrong address I DO NOT replace or refund the order. Please make sure your address is correct before checking out(placing order) to ensure it is correct. However, if I have made a mistake I will correct my error.
Refunds and Exchanges
I ONLY accept returns or exchanges on my creations that are sold in SIZES or one size fits all.
For a RETURN: The shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping cost and all related customs duty, taxes and fees are not refundable.
For an EXCHANGE: If a exchange is being made it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay ALL shipping cost (to get the garment back to me & cost to ship the new one back to you).

I DO NOT accept returns on any CUSTOM orders. An order is considered CUSTOM when:
- the garment's title specifies that it is 'Custom'
- the garment is created to a specific length
- the design of the garment is change from the original listing
- the SIZE is not part of the original listing
I try to inform you when you have changed a returnable order into a CUSTOM order.

If for any reason you return or exchange the item it must be returned within TWO weeks from verified delivery date by USPS or UPS. The garment MUST be in its new, original, unworn condition with all tags still attached. If the tags have been removed NO return or exchange will be honored.
Shipping cost and all related customs duty, taxes and fees are not refundable.

If your package is shown as delivered a refund will not be issued. A claim will be filed with either UPS or USPS. Once it is resolved, then and only then, will a refund be issued. **See above shipping policies**
Additional policies and FAQs
RUSH orders:
All my listings state a time frame to create them. If this time frame has to be altered because you are needing the order sooner/quicker then there is RUSH order fee.
For an order with 1 -3 items the fee = $20.00
For an order with 4-6 items the fee = $40.00
For an order with 7 or more items the fee = $60.00

CUSTOMIZATION FEES:
I charge a minimum fee of $20.00 to change my designs. This is for my time.
If additional faux fur and lining materials are required for your customization, there is an additional charge for this. The total customization fee depends on how much change you are wanting. I always give you a customization fee quote before you place on order. Any garment that is customized is NOT returnable.

CA Sales Tax;
If your order is being shipped to/within the state of California, USA, then the applicable 8.00% sales tax will be collected on your order.
