Returns and exchanges
In the rare event that your package is misplaced by the postal service I can not be held liable. However, if you request insurance then you can get the whole amount refunded. Please contact me prior to purchase so I can add the insurance charge of $7.
Refunds are possible if you are not satisfied. If your bag is not exactly what you expected then you can return it, once it is returned as recieved within 10 working days. Please contact me as soon as you plan to do so. I will refund you the full amount once I have received the bag and have checked that everything is in order.
PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders are final once production starts. Please provide me with correct and clear specifications.
Payment
Please complete payment within 72 hours of purchase. I will contact you if I haven't received notification of payment within that time frame.
Items are shipped within five days of received payment.
Shipping
Delivery dates from the shipping date range from 4 to 7 working days for the US, Canada and Australia and 4 to 5 days in Europe.
The buyer is responsible for any extra taxes that customs might claim.
