I ship prints using reinforced cardboard tubes with "Fragile" marked clearly near the postal address. If your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged (which thankfully doesn't happen that often!), please don't hesitate to contact me so I can organize a refund/replacement.
Please make sure your ETSY shipping address matches the PAYPAL address. If it does not, please notify me via email to the address correction.
I do not accept returns, and cannot exchange posters for different colors, as the posters often do not fair well being sent back to me through the USPS. Please be certain about your color selection and purchase.

Paypal is a secure third party payment processor which accepts all major credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your order and best of all, you don't disclose any financial information to me.
Shipping
MAILING: I mail all orders within one week of date of purchase. Regular mailing days are Tuesdays and Fridays, first-class USPS. If you need a different mailing option, please email me and I'll set up a special order for you.
Item will be shipped in a sealed heavy duty cardboard mailing tubes via 1st Class Parcel Post from San Francisco, California, USA. From experience, approximate delivery time frames are as follows:
United States - 4 - 7 days based on geographic distance from the West Coast. East Coast orders, taking a bit longer.

Australia & New Zealand - 7-14 days
