Shipping

I ship through Canada Post. I do not ship insured. When shipping to the U.S., I ship "light packet USA" through Canada Post as it's the least expensive. A tracking number is not available through this method. Any other shipping method can be arranged at the customer's expense. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred

Additional policies and FAQs

Custom orders are limited to what sweaters I have on hand as my mittens are designed solely on upcycled wool sweaters. Please convo me if you have a particular colour in mind and I'd be happy to try to accomodate.
