Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Should you be disappointed or unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days after receiving the item.

If you want to return it, please post the undamaged item in its original package within 30 days of receipt ; I will refund you minus the shipping costs. You will be in charge of the shipping cost to return the item back to me. The refund will be issued after he returned item has been received.

Please return items by standard postal mail, NOT courier, marked as "Returned Merchandise", if not marked as such any customs import charges issued to me will be deducted from your refund.

I accept Paypal, Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards . Paypal accepts all major credit cards and you can use it even if you don't have an account.
Shipping
All items are shipping from France to all over the world.

I ship orders within 1 to 3 days after the payment unless stated otherwise in my shop announcement.

I send my packages outside of France by the French priority airmail with no tracking and no insurance except for some items (in this case, it's written in the description). The delivery time is usually 10 to 15 working days, less if you are in Europe. But for some destinations, the delivery can take more time and the package can reach their destination after over 20 days (please alow up to 60 days for international shipping). I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Thanks for being patience. Additional tracking and insurance are available to purchase at checkout.

IMPORTANT!
International customers please be aware that any CUSTOMS DUTIES and TAXES are the BUYERS responsibility. Please see your country's rules regarding importing for customs and duties before purchasing. In the event that duties are unpaid by the buyer and the parcel is returned to me a refund will be issued for the purchase price ONLY minus shipping fees and any additional fees incurred. A refund will be issued once the parcel has been RECEIVED, undamaged and in its original condition.

I send my packages within France by tracked, priority parcel mail. The delivery time is 2 - 7 working days following shipping.

All claims of non receipt of goods must be made within 90 days of the dispatch date.

I do not post on Saturdays. Any item purchased after midday on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

I always ship to the customers Etsy address, if you address is not current and your item has been sent there I will not accept responsibility for the loss.

I cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced packages
If you wish to have your package sent registered or insured, I could arrange it for you.

I do not ship to drop-shippers or third party mail forwarding services.

I do not refund for unclaimed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses etc.
