Custom and personalised orders

Please get in touch if you would like a custom or personalised item. I will contact you to check your requirements and give you an estimated dispatch date. This will normally be within 8 working days but I can confirm this with you.

Estimated Shipping Times - UK

I will post your item(s) by Royal Mail 1st Class post. I will obtain proof of postage.

Shipping is free within the UK and offered at a reduced rate everywhere else based on Royal Mail’s pricing.

Items are not considered to be lost by Royal Mail until 10 working days after the due date, so please allow this time for delivery. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times - Outside the UK

I will post your item(s) by Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail). I will obtain proof of postage.

Shipping is free within the UK and offered at a reduced rate everywhere else based on Royal Mail’s pricing

Delivery is normally within 5-7 working days, however please allow up to 25 working days for delivery as sometimes items get held in Customs. This is the timescale the carrier allows before declaring an item lost. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

In any event, if you are concerned that your item has not yet arrived please contact me.

Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellations - Non-faulty items

If you change your mind about an order, please contact me as soon as possible within 24 hours to cancel. After this period, the item may have already been dispatched to you.

However, you are entitled to cancel an order at any time up to 14 days after you receive it, in line with regulations. Please contact me as soon as you are able and within this time frame to arrange a refund or exchange.

I will ask you to return the item to me in its original condition and I reserve the right to deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from obvious use.

Goods are returned at the customer’s cost. I will refund you the cost of the item plus standard shipping (outward not return).

I will then issue a full refund within 14 days of return.

Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellations - Faulty items

I take great care over creating and packaging my items but please inform me as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your purchase or if it has been damaged in transit.

I may request photographs of the packaging and the item, or request items and packaging to be returned to me at my cost.

I will be happy to refund or replace faulty items within 30 days of delivery.
