Returns and exchanges
If a mistake is made by me with the order, please return the package for a replacement within 4 days and a refund will be issued for the postage to me.
If your item gets lost in the mail, please contact me and we can work out a replacement.
If you receive an item that has received damage in the post I will do my utmost to send you a replacement if you return the damaged item to me.
Please contact me for insurance or expediated postage costs.
I aim to keep postage as low as possible for my customers so please convo me if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT!! BRIDES & BRIDAL PARTIES: Please allow plenty of time for your order to be shipped if you live outside Australia as Express services to the rest of the world are expensive.
