I am currently working on a large project until the end of October and as such cannot guarantee the delivery dates I usually use. I have therefore raised the lead time to a maximum of three weeks. Please understand that I am incredibly busy at the moment and I only have one pair of hands.

Postage:
I use Royal Mail second signed in the U.K. if you are based in the U.K., this will not cost you any extra, but please ensure you are familiar with the wait times attached to this
Outside the U.K., I will only send via a fully tracked delivery service, hence the high delivery price, but you have peace of mind that your package will be well treated and I have peace of mind that if it does get lost in transit, then I can at least be compensated for it. If the item is listed as finished, I will send it the next working day. If it does not state that it is a finished item, I will make it to order for you and so there will be a short wait depending on other orders that I am dealing with at the same time.
Personalisation and your rights:
As long as there is no personalisation on the item, you are within your rights to return the item for any reason within 14 days for a full no questions refund. You will need to pay for the return postage yourself however. I will refund on receipt of the returned order in its entirety only. This is due to Etsy only offering a full refund facility rather than a partial if you buy more than 1 item.
Please be aware that you may need to pay import taxes or other duty on items purchased from my store.
Import fees:
It is impossible for me to list every country’s import policies, please familiarise yourself with your own country’s import fees. You will be liable for paying any import fees
