Hi there!

I'm Ashley and it all began with a dress- THE DRESS (pictured above)

I saw that shade of pink and fell in love. That dress made me feel like the bride I had dreamed about for so long. That dress was the inspiration for my shop name -Shades of Pink.

I started this shop after my own wedding. I spent so many nights making things for my big day since it was difficult for me to find a good product at the right price that was fully customized. My husband encouraged me and has played a very important role by helping my business grow.

I know first hand how stressful planning a wedding (or event) can be, so I try my best to provide great customer service. I am a perfectionist, and if I wouldn't approve it for my day then I won't send it. I pride myself with having the best quality items and great customer service- take a look at our reviews for yourself : )

We specialize in satin sashes, satin robes, and tote bags. For a custom order just ask!

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS/REFUNDS

All items are made to order therefore refunds or exchanges will be handled on an individual basis. Anything personalized with a custom name/date CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product for any product issues.

After 3 days, the order is considered final.

For returns, there will be a 35% restocking fee assessed prior to refund.
All products must be returned with all original packaging and in unused condition.

Processing time listed for each item refers to the time it takes us to prepare, and package your order. It does not include the time in transit once an order is shipped.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please note, our prices DO NOT include any import taxes or VAT that your specific country may apply. Import/Export customs fees vary by country and are not always consistent. You will be responsible for any that may occur.


DELIVERY & TRACKING:
We CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of USPS, nor can we be held responsible for delays by USPS. We will provide you with the same tracking number that we receive from USPS, and have no ability to provide updates beyond what is listed on the USPS tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS unless you have paid for USPS's EXPRESS 1-2 day service.


*If you have paid for USPS's Express service (which is a guaranteed delivery time of 1-2 days), and you do not receive the item in those 1-2 days please contact us. We will contact USPS to have the shipping charges refunded to you. Coverage is only up to $100 for shipping cost (not for the item cost)


GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS:
Items are sent without a signature.
If you would prefer a signature, please let us know.
There is a $2.50 fee for signature required.

Items are sent without USPS insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please let us know and we will send you an upgrade listing for shipping.
*If your item is marked as delivered by USPS, we can not be held responsible for stolen packages.
* If your item is marked as delivered by USPS, but has been damaged, and you have NOT purchased insurance, we will NOT be able to provide a full refund. We may be able to send you a replacement item at a reduced rate, but all orders are subject to exceptions.

If an item is marked as delivered, and you did not receive the package, please contact us, and your local post office within 36 hours or the sale will be considered final.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place the order!
We cannot be responsible for shipping orders to an incorrect address. You will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for it to be reshipped.

Before submitting an order please make sure you've read all the descriptions and have checked the shipping times.

If you would like a proof of the font style you have selected, please let us know after you place your order or include it in the notes box upon checkout. There is an additional fee for requests of more than 1 proof and after 2 revisions to the original proof.

If you do not respond to our messages within 36-48 hours of initial contact, we reserve the right to create the order as interpreted or proceed with the order as ordered.

How long until I can have an item?

Delivery times vary by product, and are listed in the shipping and policies section of every item. Please keep in mind that an item will be "ready to ship" in the listed time, and would be estimated to arrive 1-5 days later depending on the delivery method you select at checkout.
