RING SIZING TIPS:
It is important to confirm your ring size at a jewellers before ordering. Please do not guess the size as re-sizing may be chargeable. Ideally compare a few measurements as finger size fluctuates throughout the day. Size can vary depending if it's a narrow or wide band ring. Flared spinning rings are sized using internal diameter at the inner curve. Please contact me if you need further information on sizing before ordering.

CARE TIPS: To keep your jewellery looking its best:-
Polish occasionally with a silver polishing cloth.
Avoid contact with chemicals, hairspray, perfume.
Store in an airtight place to reduce tarnish.
Take care not to snag jewellery when dressing and check for gradual wear and tear.
Oxidised finish can fade overtime so please avoid using jewellery cleaning solutions to help preserve any surface patina.

SAFETY:
All jewellery designs are intended for use as a decorative fashion accessory. It is recommended to remove before sleeping/sports. Items may contain small parts so store out of reach of children and babies.
All transactions are subject to UK law.

Jewellery items include a small white re-usable storage bag and a pretty handmade pillow style cardboard gift box, (style may vary).

GIFT MESSAGE: To add a short gift message, simply enter your message at the checkout. A small handmade gift card with printed insert will be included with your purchase.

Buyers outside the UK, who mark their purchase as a gift, please be aware that the item value will be visible on the outer Customs Declaration Label to legally comply with customs regulations, should they apply to your country.

Outer packaging is a small cardboard pip box placed inside a biodegradable waterproof mailing bag. (To help the environment approx 90% of the packaging is recyclable.) For security the outer mailing bag is plain.

I am unable to carry out bespoke requests at this time, however there may be items featured in my shop that offer custom variations e.g. choice of ring/bangle size. Simply select your required option if available at checkout. Please note custom requests are non-refundable.

It is the buyers's responsibility to order well in advance if items are needed by a certain deadline, especially if overseas or during a seasonal rush. It is essential to double-check processing/dispatch times before purchase as these can vary depending on time of year, especially if 'made to order'.

I use Royal Mail delivery service. Beyond the point of shipping I entrust Royal Mail to deliver your order safely within reasonable time. Once a parcel is in transit within the postal network I'm unable to intervene. I cannot be responsible for delay where no-one is available to sign for it. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors may delay a parcel from reaching you in the expected time-frame e.g. bad weather, postal strikes, or cyber issues.

UK ORDERS: 1st Class Royal Mail delivery service.
Orders of £30 and over to UK are eligible for free standard UK shipping. (Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade may also be available at checkout.)

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Please allow up to 4 weeks to US destinations.

Royal Mail collection & delivery times can be intermittent over the Festive Season, Easter and other UK Public Bank Holiday periods. Please consider this if ordering for a particular deadline.
Orders received over these periods will be shipped once normal Royal Mail postal collections have been resumed. This includes Special Delivery & International Tracked and Signed.

All my silver pieces comply with UK Assay Office Hallmarking regulations and are under 7.78 grams in weight. Articles weighing under this threshold are exempt from Hallmarking. A simple '925' fineness mark may sometimes be added, where possible, to denote the metal as solid sterling silver.

From experience delivery times vary so please order early - especially if needed by a certain date. 'Last minute' orders may not arrive in time, so please allow reasonable time for your parcel to reach you.

Deliveries can be affected by adverse weather, public holidays, mail strikes, postal staff shortage, customs delays & cyber issues. Please be aware that some International orders shipped from UK may take up to 4 weeks to reach an overseas destination. Your patience is appreciated!
