I've drawn traditionally for over ten years, but have spent the majority of that time pursuing a biological studies degree, STEM work, and academic careers. I have a passion for learning about humans, be that through their historical rituals, psychological phenomena, or molecular function, but particularly in regards to the dynamic flow of expression and meaning. It is so mesmerizing, watching the infinite ways a body or face can contort for expression. My art serves as a documentation of that vastness, with a bias towards my cartoonish style and feminine energy. I find fulfillment in using my art to support communities in need and to push back against capitalism. Over time, my dream would be to use my art to inspire and fulfil others, while also promoting fundraisers that help systemically oppressed communities. My shop grounds its values in science and empathy, and it is a firm, unconditional supporter of Black Lives Matter, intersectional feminism, unequivocal LGBTQIA+ support, disability rights, and socialist ideology, that which serves people over profits.
