Shop policies

I like every transaction in my shop to be a happy one for both the buyer and the seller. I am happy to answer questions about any of my items. I am open to trades on some items so it is always worth asking.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Paypal is the only method of payment available through checkout, however buyers who live in Australia who wish to pay by direct deposit in AU$ may contact me to arrange to do so.
I ship via Australia Post airmail.

Due to family commitments I can usually only mail on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Delivery to the US usually takes 5-7 days (can be up to 10 at some times of year)the UK is much the same. Canada can be 5-7 days or it can be weeks - the delay is at the Canadian end.

Insurance can be arranged on request for most items. Postage + insurance for lightweight items with a value of AU$100 or less costs around $18. More expensive items have to be sent by Australia Post's International Courier to be insured. This costs aprox $40. A signature is require on delivery with this method.

If there is no combined shipping discount on an item in my shop it is because I haven't been able to work out a figure that is fair without knowing what else it will be shipped with. So if you are buying multiple items always ask about combined shipping if it is not offered on one or more of the items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you want to return an item you should contact me withing 7 days of receiving of the item. Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned item in the same condition that it was initially shipped.

I will accept returns for the following reasons:
1. The item varies considerably from the description - always allowing for the difference in monitors colour display. I do my best with measurements etc but typos do happen. If I have made a gross error in the description I will refund in full, including return postage, on return of the item.
2. I will accept returns or exchanges on "change of mind" items BUT I will not refund shipping costs or return shipping costs.

I cannot refund on items lost or damaged in the mail if no insurance has been purchased.

If you are buying an original one of a kind item I strongly advise having it insured.
