Nicole and Stacey are a sister team who own, create, and design the many jewelry styles on our site. Both of us are life long artist who share similar backgrounds in the arts, acting, drawing, costume clothing design, digital arts, and other similar fields.

Our lives are filled with visual wonders and our jewelry is no different. We strive for visually appealing wearable artistic jewelry that is as unique as each customer we serve. Made here in PA we use many items vintage, reclaimed findings, brass, glass, and many other materials with attention to detail an artist original is what we offer as no two items are ever alike.

Shamble Ramble accepts paypal only.

The service of Paypal works in two ways:

1. You can send money from your personal account (standard paypal method, this is the quickest payment option and we recommend).

2. You can use paypal to send an Echeck Paypal takes time to clear these 7 - 15 business days and if checks/Echecks are used these orders will be held until the payment has successfully cleared.

All standard paypal users can expect their orders to be processed and shipped within 24 -48 hours.

All paypal check or Echeck users can expect a delay in shipping 7 - 15 business days after the check funds have cleared we will ship within 24 - 48 hours.

We also accept credit cards via our direct checkout.

We can also accept Etsy gift cards via our direct checkout.

If you find yourself needing more time to pay for your order and have already placed an order with us convo us and let us know we don’t mind holding orders for a bit till the customer is able to pay. We understand things occur just convo us and we’ll work on a payment date.


Non payment

We ask all customers pay within 3 days of their order weather that be paypal or paypal check/Echeck. In the event that 5 days have gone by without payment or a convo from our buyer stating they need more time to pay we will convo the buyer and inquire on payment. If buyer does not answer this reminder within 3 days we will be forced to conclude the buyer does not want the item and the order will be canceled and negative feedback left. We wish we didn’t have to make such a policy but this has unfortunately happened several times. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM AND SOMETHING COMES UP AND YOU NEED MORE TIME TO PAY CONVO US WE’D BE HAPPY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOU!


We try to ship prompt as me and my sister both work we ship within 24 -48 hours after payment is received (via paypal) or clears (for paypal check users see payment for more details).

We use safe and minimal packaging to make sure your item arrives as it shipped out. Our priority is safe and sound shipping:

We stabilize your orders with recycled card board backs.

We then encase each item purchased in resealable plastic jewelry bags with most orders. This prevents moisture from getting onto your items.

We then wrap securely with bubble wrap

Brace your order with soft tissue paper for its jarring journey via the post.

And ship within a padded envelope for extra security.

If you'd like us to wrap your order, use jewelry boxes on non chunky necklaces, or organza bags all can be arranged prior to shipping out.

We ship USPS for all orders as this is the cheapest method for both us and for you.

For US orders we always include a delivery confirmation and once the order is out it will take 5 - 7 business days to reach you.

For international customers no tracking is available but we have yet to lose a package international orders can take 2 -4 weeks to receive depending on your country and customs.



I just wanted to mention that customs can delay packages for up to 6 weeks, THIS DOSE NOT HAPPEN OFTEN AND HAS NEVER HAPPNED TO ME OR ANY PACKAGES I HAVE EVER SENT, but just wanted to put this information in here.

All customers will receive a convo by me (Stacey) or Nicole that will notify you of your order ship status we also log with Paypal and Etsy that your order has been shipped and notifications may also be emailed to you per these companies.

Additional policies and FAQs

We take custom orders so far we’ve done several orders for bride-to-bes and those seeking unique jewelry for other events. We love custom request and feel these can be the most fun and rewarding to make! Turn around times can very if we need to order in supplies it can take time, if we have the supplies in our shop the time will be less. If you have a due date let us know and we will let you know if we can meet it.

Once we agree to work with you on your custom order we request a deposit which is the supply cost end of the creation and at time of agreeing to order we will specify what this total is. Please note this deposit/supply cost amount is not refundable and will be for the total supply cost of your order.

The supply deposit is done via paypal we will need your email for this and will then send a payment request via paypal to the email you specified. Please note if you make add onto the order or wish to have more items used then previously asked for after you've paid the supply deposit it will change the final price quote we will keep you appraised of this change and once the design is complete we will add it onto the final payment.

Once this beginning supply amount is paid we will begin ordering supplies (if need be) or getting to work. We will give you convos on the status of your order as each ones progression is different. If we needed to special order supplies we’ll tell you when they all come in and we’ll let you know when we’ve begun work on your order.

Once your order is complete we take photographs of the finished design and convo them to you for your approval. Small changes can be made at this time and once you're happy with our work the remaining balance + shipping would be due. We'd set up a reserved listing here on the site the same day. You would then place your custom order in your cart and checkout with your preferred method of payment.


About Reserved Listings:

These are designed screens that act as holds for custom orders. We always list the customer's screen name when making these listing and you will receive a convo by us once your reserved listing has been placed up.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: At this time it depends on the item you’re looking at please let us know which item(s) you wanted and if possibly quantity you were looking at and we will tell you if it is possible.

Q: Can I blog about you?
A: Absolutely! If you do blog about us let us know and we will in turn do our part to let others know and have them visit your blog!

Q: I love this item but can I get a change of color on some of the elements?
A: This too depends on the the item. Please convo us first and we will let you know.

Q: I love this item! but I'm not doing a custom order can you hold it for me ?
A: If you'd like an item held please convo us to let us know. We will place it in a reserved listing status for 2 days. If it is not bought by then it will go back to normal status for general purchasing.

Q: I placed a custom order and a reserved listing has been made for it how long will it be held for me?
A: 1 week (unless we tell you other wise). If towards the end of the week a purchase of the custom item has been made we will contact you. If you need more time please let us know we understand things can come up when one plans a custom piece.

Q: Where can I find my reserved listing?
A: It will be found in our reserved section on the left sections menu.

Q: My neck is very small can I have this custom made to fit?
A: In most cases yes. Convo us on which item and give us your neck sizes in Inches and we will make those changes for you!

Q: How do I know my wrist size?
A: You will need a soft tape measure to establish this. Wrap the tape around your wrist make sure it is flat against your wrist wrap it around till the ends meet then add ¾ - 1 inch to your measurement (for comfort) and that’s your size.

Q: How do I know where a necklace will fall on me?
A: With necklaces there are some standard lengths these are for the average persons neck size so if your neck is larger choose the next size up. If your neck is smaller then a size 16 inch convo us and see if we can decrease the chain size for you. We have remade chain lengths to fits size 13 inch necklines. We also measure all our jewelry with the clasp and extension chain in mind.

16 inches - this will be a choker style
18 inches - Will end at the collarbone
20 inches - Will end just below your collarbone
22 inches - Will end at or above the neckline
24 inches + - Will be below the neckline

Q: How do I measure myself for a necklace?
A: You will need a soft tape measure, wrap the tape measure around the back of your neck make sure it’s flat then cross it in front of you in one of two ways:

If you wish to have a choker (16 inches or less) place the tape where you’d like it to fit on your neck cross the tape measure at a slight angle place your finger where it crosses and that’s your measurement for a choker fit.

If you’d like a necklace that lays at your collar bone (18inch) or longer measure at an angle to the hallow of your throat feel where the measuring tape crosses mark with your finger and that’s your measurement.
