I visualized these being smaller than described, even with the size given. On was a little smooshed one one side, so I asked to return them. Shani will take them back, but I felt her email responses were less than supportive, a little condescending, and almost like I was getting my hand slapped for returning them.

OK that was the best service that i got up to now and my wife loved the jewelry its very unique and out stand . she got a lot of complements and everybody ask from where she purchase it. nhighly recommend.

Payment
I accept payments through PayPal.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.
You can use your credit card and pay with PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account. While checking-out choose Paypal and select the option "I don't have a Paypal account".
You will be asked for your credit card details.
Shipping
All items are shipped US First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Items are shipped promptly after I recieve payment, usually same day or the next day. I will inform you if your item will be delayed more than one full day. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take a bit longer to be shipped out.
I offer USPS First class shipping or priority in the US, adding a tracking # for your record.
Refunds and Exchanges

To avoid returns, please take your measurements carefully.
