Paypal and Credit Cards through Etsy are the primary methods of payment.
Signing up for a PayPal account, will give you more options when you pay. You’ll be able to pay with your PayPal balance or — if that isn't enough to cover a payment — you can pay directly from your bank account or use your debit or credit card.
However, using a Credit Card through Etsy speeds up the transaction payment by not having to sign into Paypal to use a credit card.
E-checks through Paypal, personal checks or money orders will be accepted if you have 25+ positive feed-backs on your Etsy account or known by the owners. Purchases will be held until payment has cleared the bank.
Whatever payment method you choose, your financial information is secure. We get paid but never see your bank account details or debit/credit card numbers.
We will ship purchases within 2 business days of receipt of payment via Paypal or bank verification.
Sales Tax will be added to shipments within the state of California.
PLEASE note that we are NOT responsible for Value Added Taxes Canada may add to shipments and will not falsify documentation to try to circumvent this. VAT's are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you wish to receive your purchases quicker, we can, upon request, ship USPS Priority Mail. Just send us a message with your purchase so we can change the shipping preference. USPS Priority mail starting at $5.20 for the small box can hold up to two necklace/earring sets in cotton filled jewelry boxes. Purchases of three or more items can be shipped in a medium sized box for $10.95 and if needed, a large box ships for $14.95. Tracking numbers will be provided, when available.
Alternate shipping arrangements, such as Fedex, should be made in advance of purchase so that the proper fees may be applied and you receive the items in the manner you desire. To do this please place the items in your cart and send us a Convo right away so charges can be adjusted and the sale finalized. Fedex is much more expensive but will ensure that your package will arrive the next day, if shipped before 4:00 PM.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sharden Creations offers a 90 day workmanship warranty on all its products. The warranty period starts from the common carrier proof of delivery customer receipt date.
Since most of our items are OOAK (one of a kind), replacement is not usually an option due to the availability of materials used in the item. If for some reason one of our items fails within the warranty period due to workmanship, we will have the option to repair the item or exchange the item for an equal or lesser valued item. If the item failed due to non-workmanship or is unrepairable, we will contact you to determine the next course of action.
The damaged item must be returned within seven days of notification to Sharden at the customer’s expense by USPS First Class with proof of delivery packaged in such a way as to not cause further damage in transit. If the item is repaired or exchanged due to workmanship, it will be shipped at no cost to the customer and a refund will be issued for the cost of the USPS returned postage. Postage to Sharden for non-workmanship returns will not be refunded. Shipment of non-workmanship returns back to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
If for some reason the item is not to the customer’s satisfaction, the customer may return the item within 3 days of purchase (postmark date) for a full refund less the shipping charges. The return postage will be at the customer’s expense and the item must be returned undamaged in the original condition with the original packaging and must be packaged in such a way as to not cause further damage in transit. Sharden Creations is not responsible for any packages lost in transit or never received. It is advisable to obtain proof of delivery from your return carrier.
