≫↠ PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: hi👋 welcome to my shop! a lot of what I sell is handmade/made to order- and they are processed in the order they are received, please allow time for that. if you are not sure whether or not what you want is in stock and you want to get an idea of how long it will take, please ask in advance of checking out.
you also have the option of adding shipping services such as priority + express.
conversely, if I do have what you want in stock, I will do my best to always send it/them out in just 1-2 business days- again, you are welcome to message me in advance if you have any questions at all.
each order is packed + shipped with love ♥︎ I am not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages once they’re shipped as they are literally out of my hands at that point- but I will send everything with tracking + you always have the option of adding insurance to your order for just a few bucks more.

⋒ FYI- collages are all my original, handmade designs and orders are made in the order they are received. my collages are done in layers, with overnight drying time in between each layer so you will need to allow time for that. feel free to convo in advance for specific deadlines.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
please note that we do not accept returns on evening wear, accessories, furniture, or anything custom made. also, in the case that returns are accepted, shipping is never refunded, in either direction.
once the item is returned in the *exact* condition it was sent, you will get a refund of the purchase price only.
for your protection, it is suggested that you return items with a tracking no. and insurance.

Shipping
adding insurance is *always* an option. if you do not wish to purchase optional insurance on your package, I cannot be responsible for lost/damaged items once they have left my hands as I no longer have control over them at that point.
if you have special shipping requests, I will do my best to accommodate them, provided that you are willing to pay the difference.
please note that shipping is Never refunded, in either direction, under any circumstance.
