Please read the description carefully. I do my best to represent the products as accurately as possible. Please note that I do my very best to capture true colors and shades of all my products. However I cannot promise an exact color shade due to variances in monitors. I feel my pictures do give you a very good quality and idea of what your item will look like when you receive your package. Generally I offer a video preview of my items. Please take a moment to view any product video available before purchase.

**If you are unsure of a color or shade, please ask questions, request more information, request additional photos, etc. before buying**

I want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Once you have received your item if you feel there may have been an issue with my listing, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately by Etsy Conversations before leaving feedback, so I can better serve you.

If you are not happy with the item you purchased, please let me know within 3 days of receipt. I'll be happy to refund your purchase (MINUS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS) once I receive the item(s) back. Shipping costs associated with sending items back are the responsibility of the buyer. The items will need to be shipped back in original packaging with insurance and tracking.

**In the event an item is damaged during shipping, it must be reported to me no later than 24 hours after delivery with photos. Keep all shipping materials. Product must be shipped back no later than 7 days of receipt.

**For your protection please open your package and inspect your items you purchased to be sure there is no damage as soon as possible. :)

* 6% sales tax will be applied to purchases made in Virginia.
I normally give advance notice of shipping date. If you need to cancel please do so before I ship.

Double check your address on file. I will ship to the address on the Etsy invoice rather than your Paypal payment address. Please check your address before checking out. If shipping is returned due to buyer's error (inaccurate address, etc), buyer will be sent an additional invoice via Paypal to cover cost of re-shipment. The item will ship upon payment.

I ship USPS Priority or Flat Rate shipping within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless a holiday prevents it.

If damaged during shipment a claim can be made with USPS. Please notify me of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery date and keep your packaging to ensure an approved claim.

Please note that all pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! I generally create my shoes as a pair but since they are handmade they will not be exactly alike. Please allow for slight variances.

**Please be aware that these items are for decorative purposes only and not to be used as toys. They may be decorated with items that would be a CHOKING HAZARD for small children.** Keep out of the reach of children.
