Welcome to Shastababy! This shop came about because every time I made myself a new purse, tote or other accessory, somebody would want one too. So after a while, with encouragement from family and friends, I opened my Etsy shop.

Shasta is my son’s dog, a lovable, good natured Springer Spaniel-Border Collie mix and my daughter always called her Shastababy. When I needed a name for a website, I used it and it has been my online moniker ever since.

I make every effort to provide the best customer service and highest quality products. If for some reason you have a problem or concern with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work together to resolve it. My goal is for every customer to be happy with their items and become a repeat customer.

Returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will consider refunds within 10 days of purchase. The item must be returned with it's original packaging and in new condition at your expense with tracking information. A refund will be issued via the same method as used to pay minus shipping charges within 5 business day of receipt of item.

If an exchange is requested, it must be done within 10 days of purchase, following the same conditions as a return.

All returns and exchanges require prior approval, so please convo me as soon as possible.
Paypal is accepted for all payments. You do not have to have an account to use this service, but it does speed up the checkout process. A money order or cashiers check is also accepted, but will need to clear my bank before your order is shipped. I will let you know when your purchase is on it’s way.

I appreciate prompt payment. If no payment is received within 5 days from purchase, I will send an invoice. Two days after the invoice, the sale will be canceled and the item(s) will be relisted. If you run into a problem and cannot complete the sale, please contact me so we can work out arrangements.
Shipping is via United States Postal Service. I ship in the Flat Rate Priority boxes as much as possible. Prices for shipping include packaging and shipping. If you’d prefer another method (such as Fedex or UPS), please convo me prior to purchase so I can provide an accurate shipping quote. I try to ship within 2 business days, but no later than 4 business days. If your purchases need to be there by a certain date, please convo me to determine the best way to ship.

Custom orders are welcomed! Please drop me a note about what you would like and I will work with you to complete it in a timely manner at a fair price. If you see something that has been sold that you adore, I may be able to recreate it for you-just ask!
