For as long as I can remember, I've loved to make things.

It started off pretty small, with plastic canvas and yarn, creating my own pictures. Innocent enough, right?

Around second grade, I asked my mom to buy me friendship bracelet kits through the Scholastic book club. Third grade brought the discovery of an origami book in the school library, and asking my mom to teach me crochet. In fifth grade I was teaching myself cross stitch, and it snowballed. Dream catchers, beadwork (stringing and loomwork), candle making, knitting, book binding, and even lesser-known crafts like tatting (I started teaching myself to shuttle tat in high school) and thread dying (to support my tatting fascination) were no match for my eagerness to learn.

Pendants are my newest addiction, born from the need to make something with a postage stamp. I hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Payment
I prefer PayPal, but I also accept USPS money orders for purchases made within the US. Please make sure your PayPal address matches your Etsy one to minimize shipping delays.

Prompt payment means I can ship your purchase to you quicker. Regretfully, if I do not receive payment within 10 days, I will cancel the transaction.
Shipping
I ship via USPS First Class (within the US) or First Class International (standard airmail). All domestic packages include Delivery Confirmation.

Most purchases ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment. If delays are expected, I will contact you through Etsy.

Rush shipping is available - please contact me prior to sending payment, and I will send you an updated invoice. I am happy to give a shipping quote prior to purchase, just send me a message.

Please note: buyer is responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, or customs fees that their purchase may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).

Items are shipped with the best intent, but things can happen in transit that the seller and buyer have no control over. In case of your item being lost or arriving damaged, please contact me immediately for a full refund or, if possible, a replacement item. Pictures of the damaged package will help me understand how to better package items; I would be most appreciative if you could include them.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders for photo pendants and binary jewelry. Please contact me through Alchemy using the "Request Custom Item" button in my shop.

Photo pendants: high-quality JPEGs (.jpg) or PNGs (.png) are preferred, but I will gladly take a look at what you would like to use. I can also accept physical photos, magazine clippings, fancy papers, a picture your child colored...use your imagination! Want to send me something, but don't want it cut up? Maybe we can use a color copy for your pendant instead.

Binary jewelry: please let me know the exact message you would like and what color beads you are interested in. If you have a particular material request, such as gold-plated findings or Swarovski crystal beads, please include that as well.
