Returns and exchanges
I will accept a return in same-as-sent condition within 30 days. Upon receipt of the item, I will refund the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping.
Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Payment via PayPal can be made if you have a PayPal account, or by using a credit card without opening an account. I also accept check by mail, but please realize that sending payment by snail mail will delay the shipment of the item until the check is cleared.
Shipping
I ship all orders within 2 days of purchase, and add signature confirmation on to every shipment.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
I place each bag in a plastic bag and ship in a box so they get to you in perfect condition. I do like to reuse like-new boxes when possible, but let me know if you prefer a brand new box.
