Each item you see in the shop is handmade with the utmost care. Many pieces are made and ready to ship while others are examples of previous custom orders that can be reordered or altered to the customer's liking.

SheaNichole Designs strives to create each item with the customer from concept to construction. To achieve the highest quality in each handmade item, the customer’s vision will be considered along with color, fabric and costs.

The order period for custom designs can vary depending on quantity and fabric availability. Most custom orders will be ready to ship within 3 weeks. Rushes are available for a small charge and will be determined during consultation.

SheaNichole Designs offers a variety of colors and fabrics from trusted vendors, ranging from natural 100% silk bridal fabrics to cost effective synthetics. Fabric swatches will be used to determine the best possible color match and fabric quality for each order. Each item is handmade and may vary slightly from the photos posted. Many of the high quality silk fabrics used in the designs have variations from one bolt to the next. These characteristics are inherent to silk fabric and should not be considered as defects. If the customer wishes to provide the fabric for the order, it first must be approved and only labor will be charged.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of each item, SND is unable to accept any cancellations, returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Exchanges may be accepted for purchases of ready to ship items; please contact me for more information.

SND is not responsible for damaged packages or packages left in public areas where it could be taken. If the buyer has any concerns, please upgrade shipping to UPS and add insurance so you are able to track the package. I will contact the buyer with a tracking number of any items shipped via UPS.

Customer satisfaction is VERY important to me so if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me immediately to discuss our options.
All orders must be paid in full when placed unless otherwise determined. If SND is creating a custom order a partial payment may by required and will be discussed during the design consultation.

SND does not accept cancellations on ready to ship orders. If the customer decides to cancel a custom order, they will not receive a refund of the partial payment.

At this time SND will only accept payments via PayPal.
Ready to ship items will be posted via USPS within 48 hours of receiving payment. Customers placing a custom order will receive an estimated ship date as well as a shipping confirmation once the package has shipped.

SND is happy to upgrade shipping, add insurance or to use UPS but please note that pricing may vary depending on type of shipping as well as the carrier.
