Payment
When shopping with Etsy you have to click on proceed to payment after you've checked out. It will take you to the PayPal site. I accept PayPal and credit cards (through PayPal) If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit card. Simply click on the "Pay with PayPal" button after you checkout and choose the "use your credit card" option on the left side of the PayPal screen. I will never see your card information, and you don't have to worry about not having a PayPal account! Please try to make payments the same day as purchase. If I do not receive payments or hear from you I reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Shipping
Please note I ship from the UK so please allow at least 3 weeks delivery time if you are based elsewhere. All parcels are sent first class mail(uk)and airmail (elsewhere.)The buyer is responsible for any fees or taxes that might occur.

Please make sure that your shipping address and paypal address match. I will ship to the Etsy address unless you make a note of a different address in the "Message to Seller" box after checking-out.

Please visit Etsy after your purchase so that you can leave feedback on how your shopping experience was. If you are not happy please contact me prior to leaving feedback so I can hopefully put right the problem!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you should require a refund or have experienced any damage to the item or packaging. If the item is damaged through shipping I will gladly refund what you paid, minus any shipping costs or if possible I will send you a new item. If your package is damaged upon delivery – take a photo first before opening, then photo the contents for insurance purposes.
