About Sheep Farm Felt:
Guided by faith and strong family values, Sheep Farm Felt is the leader in felt decor and gifts.
Megan Benson, owner of Sheep Farm Felt and Queen of Felt Ball Land, began making felt ball garlands in 2014 as a means to use and share the wool from her parent’s sheep farm in New Jersey. Growing up on the farm, Megan acquired a deep knowledge and respect for the process of transforming sheep’s wool into handmade felt products; a unique quality that sets her apart from other makers in this space.
However, after only a few months in business, the demand for Sheep Farm Felt’s offerings quickly outgrew the family farm’s supply. Today, all of Sheep Farm Felt’s wool is ethically sourced from a sheep farm in New Zealand, felted by certified fair-trade female artisans in Nepal, and assembled and packaged with love in their Egg Harbor, New Jersey studio.
Sheep Farm Felt believes in making a positive and lasting impact on the communities and they serve around the globe. This is made possible through steady growth, continued product innovation and the love and support of their loyal customers.

Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to accept custom orders! There are 2 ways to purchase: Send me the names from my color chart of the colors you would like, and I will send you a photo of your selections before I make your order. OR send me a photo of something you are trying to match, and I will select colors that will coordinate.
Sizing details
All felt balls are 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter (About the size of a quarter.)
6 feet= 24 felt balls
9 feet= 36 felt balls
12 feet= 48 felt balls
20 feet= 80 felt balls
Gift wrapping and packaging
All packages will arrive in a box and ready for gifting. I am happy to include a personalized note if you are sending as a gift.
Wholesale availability
I am not accepting wholesale orders at this time.
Returns
I only accept exchanges, not returns on stock items (not custom orders.) There will be a 25% restocking fee issued on all returned items.
How much garland do I need for my Christmas tree?
I generally recommend one 12 foot garland for every 2 feet of height of your tree.
1 foot tree= one 6 foot garland
2 foot tree= one 12 foot garland
3 foot tree= one 12 foot garland, one 6 foot garland
4 foot tree= two 12 foot garlands
5 foot tree= two 12 foot garlands, one 6 foot garland
6 foot tree= three 12 foot garlands
7 foot tree= three 12 foot garlands, one 6 foot garland
8 foot tree= four 12 foot garlands
9 foot tree- four 12 foot garlands, one 6 foot garland
10 foot tree= five 12 foot garlands
This estimation depends on the width of your tree. Please see any Christmas listing for a photo graphic to help you decide what length is right for you.
How long until I receive my order?
Your garland takes 1-3 business days to make. (Business days are Monday-Friday.) If you choose free first class shipping, your order will take 3-5 days to arrive once your order has been shipped. If you upgrade to Priority, it will arrive 1-3 days to arrive once it is shipped. Your order will be shipping from New Jersey.
