I ordered the save the date luggage tags and I love them. I got so many compliments on them from my guests. Seller was fast and had great communication!
A Wedding Stationery Studio
My name is Sheila and I am a graphic designer based in Northeast Florida.
In 2009, I started Sheila Mari Design Wedding Studio with the do-it-yourself and budget-conscious brides in mind. My goal is to help engaged couples create beautiful and unique wedding stationary that reflects who they are as a couple.
I definitely know that there are plently of minuscule details in wedding planning that need to be tended to. I am here to be that small help that I know many couples need!
My highest priority is to make sure that everything about your stationery goes smoothly and that you end up with a finished product that you absolutely LOVE! I will always work with all of my clients until they are completely happy with the final outcome of their project.

// What are your shop hours? //
I am answering questions and processing orders all day, Monday-Friday. I do my best to return messages within 2 business days. SMD is closed on weekends and all major holidays but I will respond to your message or project on the next business day.
// What is your turnaround time for digital orders and proofs? //
All first draft digital files will be sent via email within 2-3 business days after I receive payment.
// What is the process for ordering my invitations from your shop? //
For DIY invitations:
Once you have chosen your invitation design, purchase the listing and contact me with any questions that you have or send me your wording and color choices for your order. I then create your PDF digital proof and email them to you for you to review. Once you have given me your final approval I will email you all of the print-ready files you need for your suite. **Total turnaround time from start to finish is 1-2 weeks.
For PRINTED invitations:
Once I receive your payment I will start the design and I will send you a first draft digital file for the invite and each insert for you to double check all the wording and colors. Turn-around times can range anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks FROM DATE OF FINAL PROOF APPROVAL to SHIP DATE.
Keep in mind, the processing time does not factor in customization time because the amount of time customization takes will depend upon your response time during that process and how quickly you provide the necessary details I will request from you, any subsequent edits and how soon you submit final proof approval. Any paper goods or printed pieces will NOT be ordered and placed into production WITHOUT your FINAL approval on your proof.
Please print and carefully read through each draft and email me with as many edits as you like! Once I get your final approval on the files I will start printing your pieces, at this point, any changes at this stage may not be submitted or may require an additional fee.
// How long will it take to receive my printed invitations? //
Total turnaround time from start to finish is 4-6 weeks. Expedited services are not available at this time so please plan accordingly.
// What address do you use for shipping? //
All orders will be shipped to the address you enter at checkout. If you pay via a PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address you have assigned to your PayPal account. ** Sheila Mari Design is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or outdated addresses.
// Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY? //
In addition to design customization time, all international customers must factor in lengthy shipping times and any possible delays that may occur once a shipment arrives at customs and is processed through the postal system in your country.
An international shipment normally takes 10 - 15 business days to arrive. However, this is NOT a guarantee! Some shipments have been known to take 30 days or more. Please, plan ahead and order well in advance.
A tracking/customs number will be assigned to your shipment. However, international customers should be aware that once a shipment leaves the United States and arrives at the destination country, it will not continue to be tracked via the United States Postal Service Tracking Number. As a result, I cannot be responsible in any way for international packages once they have been shipped.

• Refunds will NOT be issued for lost packages or delayed deliveries.
• I am NOT responsible for any customs fees/taxes/duties that you may incur.

// I have the perfect design in mind for my invitations, do you create custom designs? //
Please contact me if you are looking for something specific that you don’t see in my shop. I always try to accommodate to custom design orders as best as I can. I can also adjust any of my designs to better suit your theme. All colors, fonts and wording are completely customizable.
// Do you limit the amount of revisions? //
I do not limit the amount of revisions that can be made because I want your invitations to be perfect! But In rare cases, if it is taking more than the average amount of revisions, I may let you know that I will have to start charging a $10 fee to make any further revisions.
// SLIGHT VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR: //
The images in all my product listings and on your design proofs are for mock-up purposes only and do not necessarily mean they will be printed exactly as they are portrayed on your design proofs. Due to various monitor settings, printer settings and screen calibrations across multiple computers and printers, some slight variation may occur.

I ship USPS for ALL my invitation sets and sample invitations. All orders are shipped with delivery and tracking confirmation. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments.
All first draft digital files will be sent via email 2-3 business days after receiving payment. If you wish to have your files on CD there is an additional cost and shipping fees.

Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds for digital file purchases. However, I include unlimited revisions with each purchase, allowing you to edit the design to your perfection.
For printed invitations:
Due to the personalized nature of my stationery, no refunds, replacements or exchanges are accepted. Please remember, you are responsible for approving the proofs before they are printed. Please review your proofs carefully for color/spelling/grammatical errors to ensure that they are perfect.
Please note that colors can vary for one computer screen to the next. I try my best to get as close to the color you want as I can. However, due to these limitations, I cannot be held responsible for how colors are displayed on your computer monitor.
