It's been said that the best gift that anyone can give is handmade, and I could not agree more. All items are handmade with love. Most are my original creations and design with the exception of other artists' designs which I give credit to. With original Shelah Knits, LLC designs, as the designer and knitter behind the shop, I try to create items with a variety of colors, textures and style. I also accept custom orders for several items mainly in a different color or color combination.
I strongly believe that attention to detail is very important which I try to incorporate in all of my creations. I also believe that excellent customer service includes meeting your satisfaction with regards to a reasonable turnaround time and that you enjoy your handmade item(s).

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
In all circumstances, the item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping
Custom orders must be finalized and paid for before the start of production. They will be shipped within an average of 5-7 business days upon completion of payment, depending on the item and the quantity ordered, unless otherwise noted. Please be aware that custom orders will be cancelled after 3 business days of no confirmation or finalization. However, exceptions to this can be accommodated. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions.
Now ships internationally! Tracking information will be provided as soon as the item is shipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
Emails and convos are checked everyday and I see to it that I always provide an immediate response. I stand by the timelines set and if at any time there is an issue about something, I will let you know. An efficient communication between sellers and buyers is a valuable thing.
