Thanks Shelby, nI just love the necklace and have hardly taken it off. nI have already received many compliments and my kids like it as well - that they are in a way with me are around my neck all day. nThanks Again nBronwyn n:-)

it finally arrived! though not shelby's fault, due to a mixup with shipping labels, this necklace took about a month and a half to get to me. though shelby offered me a 20% discount for the inconveinence, i got very concerned at points, and it sometimes took several days to get a response to my messages. the necklace, however, is beautiful, and i'm very happy i purchased it.

Shipping
As soon as your order goes through, I will send you a confirmation email. ***If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to the confirmation email within 24 hours and give me a heads up so I can refund your money!*** (If you do not respond to the email, I will continue with shipping the following day.)

Please allow up to ten days to ship depending on the order. Generally, I will ship before then, but sometimes life just happens! :)
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on all items that are not customized or damaged. I assure you, I put hard effort into all my pieces to make them perfect, but if you feel a piece didn't hold up because of my craftsmanship, please send me an email or convo me to discuss it. I will most likely repair it (depending on the damage done),or exchange it.
