Items will be shipped to paypal address unless otherwise noted.

WHAT IS BAREROOT?
Live plants will be shipped bareroot, so have a pot ready! If you aren't familiar with bareroot plants, they are shipped without soil around their roots in order to prevent the possibility of soil born diseases (not saying we have diseases, it's just standard, why risk it?), to be less expensive in shipping costs for you, and help cut down on shipping space which is more green friendly all around.

WHAT WILL THE PLANT LOOK LIKE?
Imagine being locked in a box without light for two days? They may look a little rough around the edges. That is why it is imperative to open the box and get your plants in water AS SOON AS they arrive. Let them sit for a week or so, until the green starts to perk up or the roots system starts to grow again. We can delay shipping if you need it, just convo us!

HOW SHOULD I PLANT THE BAREROOT PLANTS?
If you've never dealt with bareroot plants before, check out this tutorial: for more information!

Additional policies and FAQs
All orders are subject to local and regional laws. If a plant is considered invasive or illegal in your area (ex. Japanese Honeysuckle WILL NOT be mailed to IL) the order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.
