4 out of 5 starsWe ordered 2 pendants at the same time so this review is the same as the one for the other pendant we did not receive: I cannot rate the product as I still have not received it. I ordered it about a month ago. However, I don't know this to be any fault of the seller- rather the shipping. I am leaving 3 stars because when I reached out to the seller, they were very responsive. Edit- It's been quite some time since the items were shipped (still not received). Michelle just followed up with a tracking update. Changed review to 4 stars due to the great communication and follow up. If the items are as good as Michelle's efforts, they'll be fabulous.
