Returns and exchanges
I really just want everyone to be a happy camper because then I'm happy, too. I will be glad to make adjustments or repairs for a small fee. But please, after ninety days, don't ask for a refund or exchange as this really messes with my inventory. You can always discuss specific needs with me by email or phone.
Sales tax for Maryland residents will be deducted from the sales price, so no added sales taxes are necessary. I accept many forms of payment including paypal, checks, money orders and credit cards. For direct credit card payment, please contact me by email.
I personally dislike added costs, like shipping, when I'm buying online, so I try to make this as minimal as possible while not losing money. When evaluating the shipping costs, please remember the cost of shipping includes packing time and packaging materials in addition to the actual postage. I hope my mailing fees feel fair to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'd love to talk to you about what you're thinking about like something unique for a wedding or a special gift. But I don't like to make "matching" pieces as in "Could you make a me a pair of matching earrings for this necklace." Instead, please consider selecting a similar piece from my existing line.

Each NeckWreath TM and StoneWear TM piece is unique by virtue of its handmade nature and the availability of stones or beads. I strive to maintain the original intention, but know the item you receive will be a one of a kind.

I discourage custom orders only because, in my experience, custom pieces never meet my own as well as the customer's expectations. I guess this is because the creative aspect is constrained. More often than not, no one is completely satisfied. An alternative might be to make a specific change, such as scale, to an existing piece. There are no returns on custom pieces.

Last but not least, I will ship, probably via priority mail, as quickly as possible. If there is a delay beyond two weeks, I will contact you by email. There are a few times during the year, mainly July, August and December, that things may be slower or sometimes even faster. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know and I will do everything I can to meet your schedule.
