Inspired by nature and geometric shapes, this is the ethos behind the SHERI BERYL fine jewelry collection. Designed with intent, forged with fire, and finished by hand, I make every piece right here in my Santa Monica studio.
Trained in biological sciences, a career detour found me embedded within the international ready-to-wear fashion scene for nearly two decades. Specializing in manufacturing and retail, I cut my teeth in the competitive world of swimwear, and for many years there was no shortage of passion for my role.
But you know what they say: all good things come to an end. So…
... as I felt my interest in the swimwear world begin to wane, on a whim I decided to take a jewelry design and metalsmithing course. And what transpired next was truly magical….
Once again surrounded by that creative energy and environment where you believe anything is possible. I was free to take everyday inspiration (like a seed pod) and evolve that into something new, timeless and ultimately wearable. .

Returns and exchange details
I try to be as accurate with the photos, descriptions and capture colors and detail and measurements as best as possible. When in doubt please contact me, as colors can vary depending on your monitor or if you have questions about size and scale.
I will accept returns and or exchanges on stock items within 7 days of receipt US 14 days EU for the purchase price less shipping costs. If by chance I made a mistake with your order the shipping costs will be refunded. Custom orders and made to order and made to measure can not be returned unless there is a defect in materials . So please make sure you are accurate with your sizing requirements.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging box with a * delivery confirmation receipt*. I can only refund upon the return of merchandise and am not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please contact me either through direct email Sheri [!at] Sheriberyl.com or through the Etsy "Convo" system to resolve any issues or request a refund and make arrangements for return or exchange.
Please know that I will strive to find a solution to any issue that might arise.
A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
LAYAWAY
Etsy offers Layaway through Klarna available through check out.
CANCELLATIONS:
Custom & Made to Order Work: You have 1 day. 24 hours to cancel a sale on made to order items . If an order is already in work it can not be canceled or refunded.
Stock Items: If the item has already been shipped you will need to return it with delivery confirmation ( see refunds below) for a refund minus the original shipping costs if shipping was paid.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied at check out to all applicable states.
Shipping
I ship via the United States Postal Service first class mail or priority mail with a delivery confirmation for shipments of value up to $249.00, Shipments $250 and over are required to ship with signature required and go Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
All shipments are made to the address listed on your Paypal and or Etsy account. **PLEASE** make sure they are correct and up to date** If you would like your package shipped to a different address, please add that address to your Paypal/Esty account first.
As a seller I try and get your packages off as quickly as possible in most cases the same or next day. I am not responsible for shipping delays by USPS or a third party.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping is through the United States Postal Service, First Class International Mail Service for orders up to $400, over $400 must ship Global Express with signature required for delivery.
Delivery can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks so please be a little patient especially during these COVID times. If you need a faster level of service please contact or use the shipping upgrade provided with each listing
DUTIES /TAXES

The buyer is responsible for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes levied by your country. The recipient of the merchandise/buyer might be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Many UK buyers now have the option to pay VAT at check out.
I include an invoice with each package that corresponds with the customs form stating the full purchase price of each order. All International orders will be marked as Merchandise.
NON RECEIPT OF A PACKAGE
If your order tracking shows as delivered and you did not receive it, Please check with your Post Office. The Post Office will be able to research delivery from their end with the tracking number I provide you and with your personal postal delivery person. And please notify me immediately.
You will receive a Shipping Notice through Etsy convo (message) on day of shipment. Should you not receive your order. Notification must be within 30 days of the Shipping Notice "SENT" date. Exceptions are international orders in which case you have 45 days from Shipping Notice "SENT" date to notify me. We will do everything we can to track your delivery.

Shipping Outside the US
- VAT, GST and other local fees are NOT included in the listing price and must be paid upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
As a US seller I do not collect or Pay VAT

UK Shipments
- VAT is NOT included in the listing price. Etsy's language is a bit confusing here. If you have any questions please ask me.
As a US seller I am Not VAT registered and do not collect the amount.

JEWELRY CARE
I hope you enjoy your jewelry and please take good care of them by following some recommended jewelry care tips below:
•Always remove your rings and fine jewelry before using any product that contains bleach.
•Never use toothpaste or other abrasives to clean metal or stones.
•Do not wear jewelry during bath, shower or hair washing.
•Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent rubbing.
•Put jewelry on last, after usage of hairsprays, lotions, make-up, etc.
•Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom.
•Gold plated jewellery may need to be re-plated over time depending on wear.
