Frequently asked questions
What is the processing and shipping time?
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days during off-peak months. During peak seasonal months, orders could possibly be processed as much as 5-12 business days.
Items are shipped as soon as they are processed:
5 business days - Domestic
4-8 business days - Canada
7-16 business days - International
All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent to you once the order has shipped. Lost packages will be replaced when we confirm with the delivery service that they did indeed lose the package. No replacement will be sent unless we have that confirmation. We will not replace packages that were confirmed as delivered, but were later missing or stolen
Do you accept returns?
Yes, I have decided to accept returns, so if you see in my descriptions that I do not it's because I have not edited them yet. I will issue your refund as soon as I receive the item and verify that it is unused and undamaged. If you were shipped a defective or damaged product then you can request a refund or free replacement if you provide a photo of the issue.
