Mud and Fire, a marriage in stone.
My fascination with mud and fire began at an early age. You could always find me in the nearest mud hole or staring into a bonfire, mesmerized by the dancing flames. In retrospect, these experiences must have been the catalyst for my clay obsession as an adult.
Currently, I am creating a line of functional stoneware pottery designed for everyday use. So much of the process involves my handling of the clay. I would like for the end user to continue handling the pieces I make. We may never meet, but we can be connected by your use of the art I create.

Returns and exchange details
■ Buyer is responsible for All shipping costs unless you receive the wrong product or the item was damaged by the shipping carrier. Please read full details below for returns.
1. Buyer is responsible for reading descriptions and viewing images carefully. Due to the nature of handmade pottery there will be slight variations in size, color and shape from piece to piece. We try to show accurate color images, but every monitor is different and may cause the color to appear different than the actual piece. We photograph using full spectrum bulbs. The lighting you use in your home may make the piece appear darker or different than the images. If you would like to see images of the exact piece you will be receiving before making your purchase send us a message and we will be happy to oblige. We will not issue return labels or refund any shipping cost for items returned due to these reasons. However, if you are unhappy with an item you may return it for a refund of the item purchase price.
Please contact us within 3 days to let us know you intend to return the item. Package item in original packaging in order to ensure safe transit. Using USPS Priority Mail with enough insurance to cover the item cost, ship the package back to the following address:

When we receive the item in original condition we will issue a refund in the amount of the cost of product minus shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value of product if damages occur. This is what the insurance is for.
2. You received an item that is "not as described" meaning a different model than ordered. Such as, we sent an orange bowl instead of blue. Or we sent a mug instead of a spoon rest:
Please contact us within 3 days to let us know we shipped the wrong product. You will need to send images of the item you received. After determination that we made a mistake, we will issue you a return label to return the item for an exchange or full refund including shipping charges.
3. You receive an item that is damaged in shipping:
Please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. You will need to take photos of the damaged shipping container and the damaged item. You will also need to keep the damaged item and container in case the USPS requires to see it for insurance claims. Send us the digital images so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will then issue a refund or exchange.

▪︎Double check your ship too address for accuracy. SHIPPING COSTS for orders returned to sender due to insufficient address are NON-REFUNDABLE
▪︎We cannot assume responsibility for any shipping delays occurring as a result of the shipping carrier.
▪︎We do not offer free shipping. Shipping pottery safely is costly. We are unable to offer free shipping without significant increases in item prices to offset those costs.
▪︎ We will refund any significant shipping overages paid for multiple item orders shipped together.
