Ok... This has got to be the cutest little bow tie I've ever seen. I am greatly appreciative of the effort you put into finding the right fabric to match my wedding party.

We accept PayPal and you can use any major credit card with PayPal. Please complete your payment upon checkout. Orders will be cancel after 3 days of non-payment.
Shipping
WHAT ADDRESS DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ITEMS?

I will use the address that Paypal sends me to ship out your items. So please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date. If you want me to ship your items to a different address, other than your PayPal address, please leave me a little note with the address that you wish to have your items sent to upon check out! Thank you!


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (most of the time it is faster than that). If you complete your transaction and payment before 12pm/noon on Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped either the same day or the very next day. If you complete your transaction on either Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

USA: All orders are shipped either Standard USA (within 2-5 days) or Priority 2-3 days Mail (Extra Cost may incure and only available upon your request for expedited shipping). I want you to receive your package ASAP.


CANADA: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take on average between 5-10 days (most of the time it is sooner, but I cannot guarantee that).

INTERNATIONAL: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take on average between 3-10 days (most of the time it is sooner, but I cannot guarantee that). And since International packages have to go through customs, this is what will determine how fast you will receive your package; which no one has control over this process).


WHAT IS SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost includes the fee that the post office charges me and all of the packaging materials that it takes to prepare your items for a safe journey so that it gets to you in one piece. I DO NOT make any extra money off of the shipping. Shipping materials includes boxes, tissue paper, tape, bubble wraps, peanuts, foam, ect...
We will do our very best to get you your package ASAP!


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship Anywhere that USPS and UPS ship. We do offer shipping discounts on multiple items. After you make your payment through PayPal, I will issue a refund on shipping. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is the only way to do this.


TRACKING NUMBER?

If you want tracking numbers on your package, please let me know when you check out and make payment. It is an added cost and buyers must pay for the tracking. And sorry, but I cannot provide tracking numbers for International buyers because the U.S. Postal Service does not provide this service for International destination.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?

As soon as your package is shipped, we will notify PayPal and Etsy and you will get an email confirmation that your package is on its way to you. I like to keep my customers posted so you never have to wonder when your package will arrive. I hate to wait forever on getting an item so I will do my very best to make sure that your package will get to you ASAP!


SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping Insurance is NOT included in the standard shipping fee. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance (highly recommended if you have a large order), then please contact me and I will send you an invoice for the extra insurance fee via Paypal invoice or through an Etsy listing. 
I have NEVER lost a package (Domestic USA, Canada, and International)...but you never know. So if you do not want to take any chances then please purchase insurance for your package. Insurance cost varies on the total value of your package, so please contact me and I will be able to send you a quote from the post office.
If you choose to not purchase insurance for your package, that is up to you (the buyer). However, if your package goes missing, does not arrive to you, got damaged upon shipment, held by customs (for international destinations) then I am sorry but I cannot be responsible for these scenarios. I check each item, in each package very carefully before I ship out your packages. And once an item is ship out, I cannot be responsible for it since it is out of my control. So insurance is highly recommended!

Refunds and Exchanges
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

I do not offer a refund because of the nature of my items. I have almost all handmade pieces. But if there is a problem when you get your order, please chat with me and I will work something out with you.

PLEASE TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. 
I enjoy Etsy because everyone on here is nice and courteous. But every once in a while I would stumble upon a "bad apple." If you have a problem, I am sure it can be resolved. There is no need to be mean, use hostile language, etc... So if there is a problem, please be reasonable, and chat with me. Give me a chance to make it right (if it is my fault).


DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

I do offer exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your item (2-5 days shipping time plus the 7 days allowance for exchanges). Please chat with me first if there is a problem. Buyers are responsible for the shipping charges on all exchanges (Sending the item back to me, and for me to send an exchanged item back to you). All exchanged items are based on availabilities. Please chat with me to make sure that we have the item that you want to exchange with. Exchanged items must be returned to me in the original condition that it was shipped in (including original packaging, bubble wrap, plastic bag, etc... Damaged, used, distorted, changed items etc... cannot be accepted for exchanges.


HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you want to exchange an item, first notify me. I would like to know the reason for the exchange (whatever it may be so that I can better my customer service). My exchange policy (is above). If you are within the 7 days period. After you contact me and an exchange is approved, please send the item back to me (chat with me for the return address, it is not always the sent address because I travel a lot), and you must include all original packaging, tags, tissues, bubbles ect...
Note: you (the buyer) are responsible for the shipping cost sending the item back to me. 
Once you ship it off, let me know of the day, time, location, and tracking number that you sent the return package from. 
Once I receive the package, and after inspecting the goods to make sure that it is in the original condition that I sent to you in, then I will issue you a Store Credit for the value of the item less Shipping and Handling fee.


HOW MUCH STORE CREDIT WILL I GET FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEM?

For Exchanged items, I will give you the paid value of the exchanged item, less shipping and handling. You can use this credit anytime you want (just let me know upon check-out that you have a credit in my shop. If you plan on purchasing more than 1 item then just shop in my shop like you would without the credit. Then after you pay for the items, I will issue you a return via paypal for the credited amount. If you only want to do an exchange with 1 other item, then please let me know what that item you would like to exchange is. I will send you a paypal invoice. This way you will still be protected through paypal for the transaction but there are a lot of seller fees involved with an Etsy listing, so if I can save money on the exchange, then I will not have to charge you. But if you rather go through Etsy for the exchange, I will set up a custom listing for you (Etsy fees will be added). The custom listing will include the difference between the exchanged item and your credit amount plus any extra Etsy fees and you will have to pay for the shipping fee for me to send the item back to you. I do NOT make any extra money off of the shipping fee, additional Etsy fees, or the exchanged item. I am a very honest person and an Etsy seller. I want to be able to help you but I don't want to loose money and a lot of unpaid time, gas, and other expenses, if it is not my fault. Please be fair. 

Just shop in my shop like you would without the credit. Then after you pay for the item upon check-out, I will ship the item to you.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISSING AN ITEM?

I personally inspect Each Item before I even package them for shipping. So make sure you purchase insurance! Insurance is an added cost that the USPS and UPS services will charge me, so you must purchase this separately. I do not charge you for insurance in the standard shipping, so if you want insurance, please chat with me before I ship out your item. Preferably, please chat with me upon checkout and I will send you an email for the insurance fee via Paypal before I ship out your order. If you want insurance added to your package, please chat with me about this added cost as soon as you can. I am pretty quick about preparing your items for shipping and once the package is dropped off at the post office, I cannot add the insurance because it would be too late. 

If you purchase insurance and your item arrives damaged then you must file a claim with the shipping service provider (either USPS or UPS). They are pretty good about compensating you if your goods arrive damaged. Very Important*** If your item/s arrive damaged and you have purchased insurance, make sure you SAVE ALL OF THE PACKAGING. Send me an email as soon as you can and take the package with all of the original packaging and the damaged components to the post office. The post office agent will help you to file the insurance claim. If you change the original packaging or throw it away, the insurance will be voided...so please remember this!!!

If you did NOT purchase insurance and your item arrives damaged, then sorry, but I cannot be responsible for your package after it is shipped out. I inspect all items before I prepare it for shipping and I also make sure that your items are packaged with tissue papers, bubble wraps, thick cardboard boxes, etc... Plus, I have no control over the package after it is shipped out. This is why I highly recommend that you buy insurance so that you will be covered. 

If your package arrive and you are missing an item in an order, that is an easy fix, I will send you a replacement right away (if there is one). If a replacement is not available, I will send you a comparable item (in which I will chat with you first before I ship it out). And you DO NOT have to pay extra shipping. I will pay for the shipping if it is our fault.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGED MY MIND ON AN ITEM?

If you changed your mind on an item, we are sorry but our policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But you can always exchange the item for another one; however buyers are responsible for all shipping charges (back to us, and for us to send the exchanged item/s back to you). Please see our exchange policy above for more details on exchanging your item/s.
