Gorgeous artwork, beautifully done. I love it, and the shipping was very prompt.

The print looks absolutely beautiful hanging on my wall. And I love that it was made by a fan!

Intimate, inspired haunts.

Rachel Frankel is an Oakland-based artist and illustrator who primarily works in graphite. She sources inspiration from nature, folklore, and current surroundings to create expressive imagery with her humble medium of choice.

Rachel has a B.A. in Fine Art from San Francisco State University and a minor in English & American Literature (do not get her started on Jane Eyre). She has shown at several galleries in the Bay Area, including Collector, the De Young Museum, the Art Institute of California--San Francisco, and F3 Oakland. One of her most exciting moments of 2013 was winning the Artist's Den's The National Flyaway Contest, in which her illustration "Stacks" won her a trip to see her favorite band in New York City.

She is currently focused on widening her portfolio and learning new applications of illustration, and is excited to see where her career will go in the future.
