Announcement   Welcome to Shevelkin Designs!
Where coffee and crochet peacefully coexist.
All of my items are handmade with lots of love, between playtime adventures and sips of coffee.

I try to be as eco-friendly as possible therefore the fabric and buttons I use have all had a previous life. The burlap is from upcycled coffee green bean bags. The yarn I use for crocheting is not repurposed.

Customer service is extremely important to me and I love to hear from you. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

As hard as I try, I am not perfect nor will my products be. They will showcase my skill and experience. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have creating them!

About

Shevelkin Designs

I'm Stephanie Shevelkin, the creator and curator of Shevelkin Designs. All of the items listed are created by my two hands with lots of love between playtime adventures and sips of coffee!

In 2008 I received my BFA from College for Creative Studies, Detroit MI. I majored in Fine Arts and minored in Art Therapy, which is where all of my fine arts stem from. From encaustic painting to sewing, I absolutely love to create and get down right messy.

What I love most is the process.
I love to create. Each piece I make is a part of me. There is a significant amount of hard work, thought, preparation, and love behind every creation. All of the my sewn creations are eco-friendly and eco-efficient created from repurposed materials, such as burlap from green bean coffee sacks. The fabric and buttons I use have all had a previous life.
The items that I create are to help and inspire.

My crocheted works are a new found love. I enjoy learning and making my own patterns. Most of my items are ready to ship but I am always happy to make custom orders.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I have creating them!

I am located in beautiful Carrboro, North Carolina.
Shevelkin Designs LLC was established in October of 2016 with the love and support of my amazing family.

I love to hear from you. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to message me.
