I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Items are printed to order and normally shipped within one to two weeks. Individual items may have different shipping times. If you need something more quickly, or by a certain date, please inquire BEFORE you order. I will make every effort to stay in touch with you from the time you place your order until you receive it. If for some reason shipping is delayed I will notify you.
Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. Purchases will be sent to your Etsy address unless you instruct me otherwise. If you order multiple items, and the combined shipping cost seems high, please contact me; I can refund any shipping overages.
If the amount you pay for shipping exceeds the actual postage plus the cost of packaging materials by $1.00 or more, I will refund the difference.
Plain prints and matted prints are sealed with backings in protective clear cellophane bags and shipped in cardboard photo mailers or boxes.
Loose note cards are sealed with their envelopes in clear cellophane bags and shipped in regular envelopes with some reinforcement. Boxed note card sets are packaged in clear card boxes and mailed in small cardboard boxes.
Additional shipping charges may apply to orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii. Please inquire before paying for your order.

Additional policies and FAQs
You may return any purchase for a refund or exchange if you contact me within 14 days after you receive the item. Refunds include the purchase price and original shipping cost but not the cost of returning the item to me. I will issue the refund or ship the item for exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of shipping. For some damaged items a return may not be necessary; in these instances I will send a replacement one time only at no further cost upon receipt of a photo of the damage.
If something should not arrive, please contact me. Problems will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

I retain the rights to all of my photographs and images. I would like for you to enjoy them, but please do not copy, scan, or duplicate them in any way. If someone admires my work and would like an item of their own, please refer them to my Etsy shop!
