If upon receipt of your purchase you experience a problem, please notify me within 5 calendar days. Each situation will be handled individually to try to come to a solution.
Payment
Payment is expected within 24 hours of your purchase. Paypal is perferred. I also accept Visa, M/C, American Express, and Discover if you prefer not to untilize Paypal.

Florida Residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.
Shipping
All items purchased from Shifflett Beads are lovingly packaged with plenty of cushion to make sure they arrive at their new homes in the same condition they left the studio.

Most items in this shop will ship USPS first class mail to keep shipping costs down. On occasion, it is cheaper to ship via USPS priority mail, due to weight, in those cases, your shipping will be automatically upgraded so you will get your order even quicker.

Shipping time: Orders will ship out of the studio within 48 hours or less after payment has cleared, with the exception of weekends or holidays when the post office is closed. Actual shipping time will vary from 1-5 days depending on shipping method and your distance from Florida. For international orders, shipping transit time may take a little longer, many times 7-14 business days.
