The earrings are beautiful. So simple that they can be worn everyday. Great communication with the seller and went above and beyond to make this a wonderful transaction. Thank you for everything Shi.
Jewelry isn't just a fashion statement, it's an expression of the soul.
As the daughter of an avid rockhound, it's no surprise that I came to have a deep love for stones and crystals. I started making jewelry in 2007 after a car accident left me unable to work full-time. It started out as something to keep me busy while my twin boys were at school, then I found Etsy, thought what the heck and I jumped in with both feet.
After working 17 years in the financial industry, I left (this includes putting my Etsy shop on a long hiatus) to spend time making memories with my dad. A decision that I will always be thankful to have been able to make. He was my biggest supporter and was always buying gemstones in hopes that I would find my way back to jewelry.
Sadly, I lost my dad in 2015. I took a year to heal, do some soul searching and I decided to re-opened my Etsy shop. I'm taking metalsmithing classes and I'm making jewelry not only because my dad wanted me to or hoped I would but because I love doing it.
I live in the beautiful PNW so I'm surrounded by inspiration. Nature isn't the only inspiration though, life is, my friends are, and of course my family are too. I'm thankful to be doing what I love again, and for all of my customers, friends and family that are on this journey with me. My deepest gratitude for all of your love and support.
