Shimal'e was absolutely wonderful to work with - the customization, ideas and collaboration led to a stunning creation. The finished product is way more beautiful than the photos and mock-ups indicated! It was not difficult to install and we absolutely LOVE it! Packaging was thorough and all pieces arrived in perfect condition. The customization of pendants and sizing is spectacular for our space. The price for the quality and size simply cannot be beat! It's worth the wait.

5 out of 5 starsThe online images don’t do these fixtures justice. I have 12’ ceilings in my great room and these fixtures have transformed the aesthetic of the entire room. The fact that the artist is producing these in what has essentially been a war zone is a testament to their dedication. Incorrect glass was sent to me for these pendants but the artist is working to re-make.

Are your light fixtures compatible with the electrical systems in the USA/ Canada/ Europe/my country?
Yes, our light fixtures are compatible with all electrical systems as we custom make them according to the electrical system of your shipping address. Moreover, our lights are UL and CSA approved, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards.
How can I determine the appropriate number of pendants and canopy size for my chandelier lighting?
You don't need to figure this out alone - our experts are here to assist you! We will work with you to design the ideal lighting fixture for your space.

Can a light fixture be designed to accommodate my sloped/peaked/beam ceiling?
Certainly! We can cater to all types of ceilings with our designs. Simply provide us with your ceiling specifics and we will walk you through the required measurements. We have an array of solutions to offer, and we will plan the light fixture to align with your unique space and specific needs.
How can I begin the process of customization?
Each of our light fixtures can be personalized to perfectly fit your space and meet your budget. You have the flexibility to customize the number of individual lights, the color mix of the glass, the length of the hanging wires, and even the finish of the ceiling mount. To start your custom order, please get in touch with us, providing your space specifications. It would be beneficial if you can share the dimensions of your space, the ceiling height, and your preferred color palette. To assist us in visualizing your space, we would appreciate it if you could also send a picture. We'll then guide you to the most suitable lighting solution.
Can I mix different glass colors? Will it affect the price
Absolutely, you're free to mix as many glass colors as you wish. All our glasses are hand-colored, and they are all priced the same. So, mixing colors will not alter the price of your custom light fixture.
Do I get the wires fix for my ceiling high? Are the wires adjustable?
Yes, we take all highs needed from you. Plan the highest pendant and the lowest pendant heights, approve this with you and create the fixture according to this. The wires are adjustable in case you want to change it in the future or for any other reason
What kind of information should I provide to facilitate the design of the light fixture?
Please share any relevant dimensions, ceiling height, and if possible, a drawing/blueprint or picture/rendering of the area.
If you're considering lighting for a dining area, we will also need the dimensions of your table.
With this information, we can propose the most suitable size and quantity of fixtures for your space. Will the wires be tailored to fit my ceiling height? Can they be adjusted?
Indeed, we customize the wires based on your specific ceiling height. We plan the lengths of the highest and lowest pendant wires, confirm the measurements with you, and then create your fixture accordingly. Plus, the wires are adjustable, giving you the flexibility to modify their lengths in the future if required, or for any other reason.
What is the maximum ceiling height you can accommodate?
We can accommodate ceiling heights up to 40ft. However, please be aware that additional costs may apply for these taller ceilings.
