Returns and exchanges
I try to photograph and describe my pieces as accurately as possible, however, things look different on every computer screen, so if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, I will give you a refund or exchange. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are not happy with your item. A refund or exchange is cheerfully given within 7 days, less shipping. The item must be returned in original condition with the original packaging.
Payment
Items must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase. If you are not able to pay as requested, please contact me. Your jewels will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

I accept Paypal and Credit Card payments only.
Shipping
I do my very best to ship your jewels within 48 hours of payment clearing, often faster.

Shipping is First Class U.S. mail, uninsured, unless otherwise noted in the item listing. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail and/or Insured mail, please contact me for an adjusted invoice.

All Shimmer and Fizz jewels are wrapped in an organza pouch ready to be enjoyed by you or gifted to that special someone.
